Minimal’s vehicles of the future
Cities are not short of delivery vehicles. They're short of the right ones.
A 3.5 tonne van delivering post in central Amsterdam is using ten times the resource it needs to. A cargo bike attempting a 40km grocery run in suburban London is the wrong tool for the job. Every city has a different mix of densities, distances and delivery types. The vehicles serving them should reflect that.
They don't. Not yet.
At Minimal, we're building a system of right-sized commercial vehicles, each purpose-built for a specific job in the city. Not a single product. A complete range. Designed to work together, informed by data, and deployed using next generation fleet management.
This is what we're working on.
Pedal 4

Pedal 4 is our first vehicle in production. A commercial e-cargo bike built for urban logistics, carrying up to 300kg with a 2.5m³ cargo hold and a range of up to 60km.
It's connected, monitored and supported. Fleet managers can track performance in real time on FleetOS, our next generation fleet management platform. Our Fleet-as-a-Service offering means finance, insurance and maintenance is all handled by Minimal.
It's on roads. Delivering.
Pedal 2

Where Pedal 4 delivers volume, Pedal 2 delivers at pace.
A two-wheel pedal-assist e-cargo bike built for dense, congested city streets. No licence required. No congestion charge. No parking costs.
It's designed for rapid grocery, medical and food deliveries, the kind of last-mile work where agility matters more than payload.
Production launch end of 2026.
Micro 4

The delivery van hasn't changed much. It's still designed for motorways, warehouses and out-of-town retail parks. Then sent on to busy city streets.
Micro 4 is a new vehicle for urban deliveries. Zero emission, smaller, lighter, and built for the roads it will actually drive on. Up to 90km/h, at significantly lower cost than the vans it replaces.
Production launch 2027.
Micro 2

Micro 2 is a different class of vehicle altogether.
An electric cargo moped. 500L of cargo volume, 45km/h, and a form factor that moves through cities rather than getting stuck in them. Lane-splitting, lightweight, fast.
Built for delivery operations that need more speed than a bike, without the footprint of a van.
Production launch 2027.
Autonomous

The future of middle-mile delivery will be autonomous. Vehicles moving goods in and out of cities on repeat routes, connecting seamlessly with last-mile fleets on the ground.
Minimal will build that future.
Consciously connected by data
We're not just developing a range of vehicles. We're building the system to move goods in cities.
Minimal's vehicles will be interconnected, using FleetOS, our next generation fleet management software. We’ll optimise routes, schedule servicing, manage maintenance and more, for Minimal vehicles and non-Minimal vehicles alike.
Purpose-built and right-sized vehicles for cities. Informed by data.
That’s what we're building.
