Giveaway Terms & Conditions

These rules apply only to the “Win a Pedal 4” Giveaway. They are separate from, and do not replace, Minimal X Ltd's general site terms and privacy policy (linked in the site footer), which continue to apply to your use of the Minimal X Ltd website.

1. Sponsor

The “Win a Pedal 4 Vehicle” Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is organised and sponsored by Minimal X Ltd.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to entries from within Europe only and is void where prohibited by law. To enter, participants must sign up at https://www.minimal.tech/win-a-pedal-4. Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of Minimal X Ltd, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Agreement to rules

By entering, you agree to comply with these rules and the decisions of Minimal X Ltd, and represent that you meet all eligibility requirements. Minimal X Ltd's decisions are final and binding. Any questions or concerns relating to the rules of the Giveaway must be raised with Minimal X Ltd before entering the competition.

4. Entry period

The Giveaway begins on 1 June 2026 at 00:00 BST and ends on 30 June 2026 at 23:59 BST (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

5. How to enter

Enter by submitting the online form at https://www.minimal.tech/win-a-pedal-4 and passing any verification requirements set by Minimal X Ltd. All fields in the entry form must be completed for an entry to be considered valid. Entries are limited to one per user. Incomplete entries, entries with missing form data, or those not adhering to these rules may be disqualified at Minimal X Ltd's sole discretion. You may not enter more than once or use multiple email addresses, identities, or devices to circumvent the rules. Fraudulent entries may be disqualified.

6. Prize

One (1) winner will receive one Pedal 4 vehicle. Actual or appraised value may differ at the time of award. No cash or other prize substitution is permitted except at Minimal X Ltd's discretion. The prize is non-transferable. There are no costs whatsoever to the winner — all prize-related expenses, including delivery, applicable taxes, duties, and any other fees, are fully covered by Minimal X Ltd.

Access to FleetOS, Minimal X Ltd's proprietary fleet operating system, is provided to the winner at no charge for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of delivery. Continued access to FleetOS following the expiry of this complimentary period will be subject to the standard subscription rate applicable to the winner's region at that time.

The Fleet-as-a-Service programme, encompassing Minimal X Ltd's maintenance and servicing provision, is included with the prize vehicle for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of delivery. Continuation of Fleet-as-a-Service beyond this period will be available at the standard rate applicable to the winner's region at that time.

Delivery of the prize vehicle to the winner is provided at no cost. Delivery timescales will vary depending on the winner's country and region; please note that delivery may take up to six (6) weeks from the date on which the winner is formally notified. Whilst every reasonable effort will be made to ensure the vehicle is delivered in good condition, Minimal X Ltd accepts no liability for any wear and tear or damage sustained during transit and delivery.

7. Odds of winning

Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner selection and notification

The winner will be selected by random draw under the supervision of Minimal X Ltd. The winner will be notified within 7 days of selection. Minimal X Ltd is not liable for a winner's failure to receive notice due to spam filters or incorrect contact details. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 7 days of notification, or fails to return any required documentation, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

9. Marketing consent

By entering, you grant Minimal X Ltd permission to contact you with sales and marketing materials related to the Pedal 4, FleetOS, and other relevant Minimal X Ltd products and services.

10. General terms

Minimal X Ltd reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway in the event of fraud, technical failure, or other cause beyond its control. Minimal X Ltd may void any entry for reasons including multiple entries from the same user, use of bots or automated tools, or any attempt to tamper with or undermine the Giveaway. Any such attempt may violate criminal and civil laws, and Minimal X Ltd reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

By entering, you release and hold harmless Minimal X Ltd and its subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, or damage arising directly or indirectly from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, including losses arising from technical errors, unauthorised intervention, printing errors, or undeliverable communications.

12. Social media platforms

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, X, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn, or any other social network. Any information provided is given to Minimal X Ltd, not to any social media platform.

13. Acceptance of rules

By participating, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Giveaway Official Rules. These rules are specific to this giveaway and do not modify or replace Minimal X Ltd's general site terms or privacy policy. Minimal X Ltd will not share your personal data with any third parties.
